You'll turn AI capabilities into reliable product features — from prompt design and retrieval to evaluation and guardrails — across our own products and client projects.
What you'll do
- Design, build and evaluate LLM-powered features (chat, agents, RAG)
- Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into production apps
- Build evaluation pipelines and monitor quality, latency and cost
- Prototype quickly and harden the best ideas into production
What we're looking for
- 2+ years shipping AI/ML features in production
- Strong TypeScript or Python skills
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings and vector search
- Pragmatic mindset — you balance research with shipping
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool use and structured outputs
- Background in evals, observability or prompt engineering at scale
